Getting to SVP

SVP Seattle is located in downtown Seattle on Second Avenue, between Stewart and Pine streets. Our suite is located above the Nordstrom Rack store. The main building entrance is on Second Avenue.


Driving Directions

From I-5, Northbound

  • Take I-5 north to the Seneca Street exit.
  • Go left at exit. Stay on Seneca until First Avenue.
  • Make a right onto First Avenue. Follow First Avenue until Virginia.
  • Turn right on Virginia.
  • Turn right on Second Avenue.
  • Start looking for parking.

From I-5, Southbound (or Hwy 520 to I-5 Southbound)

  • Take I-5 South until the Stewart street exit.
  • Follow Stewart Street until Second Avenue.
  • Turn left on Second Avenue.
  • Start looking for parking.

From I-90

  • When I-90 turns into I-5, take the Madison Street exit.
  • Turn left onto Madison. Follow Madison to First Avenue.
  • Turn right on First Avenue.
  • Turn right on Virginia.
  • Turn right on Second Avenue.
  • Start looking for parking.

From Hwy 99/Aurora Ave, Northbound

  • Take the Seneca Street exit.
  • Turn left on First Avenue at end of exit.
  • Turn right on Virginia.
  • Turn right on Second.
  • Start looking for parking.

 From Hwy 99/Aurora Ave, Souththbound

  • Take the Denny Street exit.
  • Cross over Denny onto Wall.
  • Turn Left on 5th.
  • Turn right on Stewart.
  • Turn left on Second.
  • Start looking for parking.


Parking

  • Meter parking is available in the blocks surrounding our street but only for two-hour intervals. Be careful about meter parking after 3 p.m., many of the meters are restricted for transit lanes from 3–6 p.m.
  • Macy's parking garage – corner of Third and Stewart.
  • Pike Place Market garage – on Western Avenue, directly west of Pike Place Market.
