Bettijean Collins, Vice Chair
After leaving Microsoft in 1998, Bettijean joined SVP as a writing mentor for a group of Powerful Schools’s third-graders. Since then, she has been involved in numerous projects for Investees and in internal projects for SVP. She wrote the original “SVP in a Box” and chaired several new grant committees, notably the Portfolio Grant Committee. She lives in Bellevue with her husband, two daughters, two horses and a dog.
