As program director of capacity building, Lynn oversees SVP’s investee portfolio - building and managing relationships with twenty executive directors and lead partners to administer a variety of capacity building projects.  Lynn works alongside the Portfolio Grant Committee to oversee SVP’s annual refunding process.  In addition to supporting multi-year investee and partner relationships, Lynn works closely with Paul to manage SVP’s budget and finances.

Prior to joining SVP, Lynn provided capacity building support to a network of local youth development and education organizations; managed a local race relations initiative; and researched and wrote policy papers for environmental organizations.  She is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs where she received a Master in Public Administration.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Syracuse University.

In her spare time Lynn enjoys photography, mid-century modern design, movies, and travel.  Her volunteer work tends to be for local organizations that focus on youth, social justice or the arts.
