Description

A SVP volunteer has designed the Access evaluation database tool to report results of Powerful Voices' STAGES and Girls RAP programs. At this time, that Partner cannot continue the engagement with Powerful Voices. Thus the organization wishes to refine the reports and get staff training on the tabulation and aggregation of the results as inputted to the database. Teaching/training the staff is critical to build their internal capacity to manage this program function on a permanent basis.

Skills Required: Access programming proficiency, database marketing skills and IT Training skills

Time Commitment:
Approximately 4 hours each month to help refine surveys and reports and train the PV staff to design and run the query tool. Ideally, the volunteer should be willing to work with a staff member to teach them how to take over the system and build new features into existing database so they can independently run queries and reports.
