Internal Working Groups

Internal Working Groups maintain and foster a strong SVP infrastructure, helping to ensure our Investees and Partners get the greatest benefit from SVP. Comprised of three to five Partners each, the working groups dedicate time to enhancing our organization.

• Partner Engagement – Meet with other Partners one-on-one to ensure their satisfaction with SVP.
• Recruiting – Be an SVP representative in the community talking about SVP and your experiences within the organization.
• Diversity and Cultural Competency – Work on enhancing the diversity of the Partnership or in strengthening our cultural competency so we can be more effective in our work with our Investees.
