By now you’ve probably heard that SVP will have a new home this September, but we also have some other exciting news. This fall, SVP will have a new logo, look and feel that will be shared with SVP affiliates across the globe! With our international network under one unified brand, we will strengthen SVP’s collective presence and amplify our impact.

This fall, SVP will have a new logo, look and feel that will be shared with SVP affiliates across the globe!

Since 1997, more than 25 SVP affiliates have emerged in the U.S., Canada, Japan, and (very soon) India.  Each group was inspired by SVP’s unique model and began organically, developing their own unique logo and local presence.

This approach worked for many years, but during a network-wide gathering in the spring of 2011, it became abundantly clear that to fully harness our collective power we needed a common brand

Our new shared logo will be a strong symbol of two years of collaborative brand development across the network.  Working with Quicksilver Foundry and nearly 300 participants at various stages, we identified a core brand promise, personality, and values that will guide and align our efforts.  This brand framework will also inspire our new logo and look, which will be designed by an excellent creative firm, Wall-to-Wall.

The selection of Wall-to-Wall was facilitated by Social Venture Partners International with participation from representatives from across the network.  The design work and selection of our new logo will also involve representation from our affiliates, with the final decisions resting with a core team.  (If you are interested in learning more, please contact Willow Russell.)

We are thrilled to embark on this new phase of SVP’s evolution that will take SVP’s impact to the next level.  Stay tuned for more details!
