Explorations in Math has been working with an SVP Partner to help them create an evaluation process for all of their employees, including a process for the Board to evaluate the Executive Director. The next step of the project is to put together greater structure around their compensation and benefit practices. The current SVP Partner is looking for someone to help with the next steps!
