Ever wonder what goes on in Puget Sound at night? Join trained naturalists from People For Puget Sound to explore the world of crustaceans, jellyfish, and their neighbors. We use diving lights to peek into an underwater world that teems with activity and creatures that would otherwise be invisible. Pier Peers let anyone interested in the marine biology of Puget Sound get a better look at what lives in our waters.

All Seattle Pier Peer events take place at the Bell Harbor Marina in Seattle, unless otherwise specified, and start at sundown on the last Wednesday of the month (April through September).

People of all ages are welcome, although the event works best with kids over eight. Please bring a flashlight and dress for the weather.

Pier Peers are FREE for People For Puget Sound members; $5 for non-members. Not a member yet? Please consider joining People For Puget Sound to allow us to keep working on your behalf for a clean and healthy Puget Sound.
