Ben Hansen
Ben Hansen is the Director and Founder of Mactus Group, which he started in early 2007. After six years in several marketing roles at Microsoft Corporation, Ben recognized an opportunity to serve in a new capacity. By providing top quality marketing talent and programs on a contract basis, he could help his colleagues meet their business needs more effectively.
Carolynn Ferris
Carolynn is a Pacific Northwest native. She has been in Sales and Management in the Life Safety industry for more than 30 years. Currently, she is Director of Global Sales for Tyco Fire and Security and enjoys traveling throughout North America and abroad.
Dan Weaver
Dan is a serial entrepreneur and has over a decade of experience running, developing and managing quality assurance processes in the mobile and enterprise software applications space. His specialties include quality assurance test design/strategies, and technical support performance management and implementation.
Daniel Byrne
Daniel Byrne is a proven entrepreneur and leader. After formal training in engineering and sales experience with two major corporations, Dan founded Byrne Specialty Gases, Inc. in Seattle in 1984. By 2005, BSG had become a nationally recognized leader in the life sciences and analytical laboratory fields.
David Keith Woolley-Wilson
David has more than more than 30 years working for progressive social change. Before moving to the Seattle region, David and his wife lived in Washington, DC and pursued his passion to work on global climate change. His interest in energy conservation and renewable energy led him to the Green Building Institute, a leading green education non-profit in the Mid-Atlantic region where he served on its Board of Directors before becoming its Executive Director.
Greg Avedesian
Greg Avedesian moved to Seattle 8 years ago from the east coast and now does business and strategy consulting for Microsoft through his company Avie Consulting, Inc. He loves Seattle and is excited to be joining SVP as a partner because of the SVP model and the caliber of people associated with the organization.
Jamie Zembruski and Oliver Babson
Jamie Zembruski is a Principal at Community Collaborative Group, LLC, a company she founded to provide community development consulting services to organizations investing in low-income neighborhoods. Jamie works with non-profit, for-profit and public sector clients to finance projects designed to revitalize communities throughout the United States.
Jessie Woolley-Wilson
Jessie Woolley-Wilson is Chair of the Board, CEO, and President of DreamBox Learning®, the company that developed the Intelligent Adaptive Learning™ platform heralded as a “game changer” in the eLearning sector by nationally renowned academic and technology pundits. Jessie brings nearly two decades of experience in K–12 e‐learning and education technology to DreamBox Learning.
Laurie Miller
Laurie Miller is the Director of Finance & Operations at IslandWood, a 255 acre not-for-profit residential learning center for children and adults on Bainbridge Island. She serves as the operational leader of the year-round, seven day-a-week facility, overseeing delivery of programs, as well as the administration, finances and human resources of the organization.
Lucas and Yemaya St.Clair
Lucas and Yemaya met in 1998 on a NOLS sea kayaking and mountaineering semester in Patagonia, Chile. Their love of the outdoors is one of the many reasons they live in the great Northwest, where Yemaya was raised, and where together they are raising their daughter, Gabriella.
Pradyumna Misra
Prady is a former executive of Microsoft Corporation where he spent 15 years in roles ranging from engineering to executive management. He was deeply involved with various versions of Windows in areas of networking, distributed systems, security, and public key cryptography.
Reid Saaris
Reid Saaris is the founder and Executive Director of Equal Opportunity Schools. He graduated from Harvard with a bachelor's degree in government, magna cum laude, and the certification to teach secondary school social studies.
Susan Bloch
Susan specializes in coaching senior executives and their teams to enhance their leadership capability and interpersonal skills. She has coached top teams in many of the FTSE100 and Fortune 500 companies across the globe. Recently, Susan spent three and a half years working for two global Indian conglomerates, providing top-level curriculum design and development expertise as well as one-on-one and top-team coaching.
Warren and Colette Boeker
Warren and Colette Boeker have lived and worked in New York, London and Sydney. They moved to Bainbridge Island, WA in 1999 where they are raising three daughters. When not working, Warren and Colette volunteer their time to education programs that develop fun and engaging experiential learning opportunities, particularly in science and math.
Yaffa Maritz
Yaffa Maritz has a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and is a licensed mental health counselor with advanced training in Infant Mental Health. She is an advocate on behalf of children and their families and serves on several local and national boards that promote this agenda including the Governor’s Commission for Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention.
