SVP joins Excellent Schools Now Coalition
SVP Seattle's K-12 Education Advocacy and Policy Committee spent the last two years learning and listening to education experts across Washington State. Last year we formally partnered with the League of Education Voters Foundation to advance their efforts through our grantmaking and capacity building assistance and to increase our engagement and knowledge about the challenges within K-12 education.
As a result of listening, learning, and reflecting, we are pleased to announce our newly adopted adopted mission, vision, and values statement as well as a new partnership with the Excellent Schools Now Coalition. Our committee unanimously agreed to join five of our former and current investees on the Excellent Schools Now Coalition.
