- Grant Committees – selecting the nonprofits we fund and support
- Portfolio Grant Committee – overseeing ongoing funding relationships with nonprofits
- Outreach Team – growing our network by inviting in new people
- Partner Engagement Group – interviewing Partners about their experience so we can improve our work
- Event Planning Teams – ensuring first-rate events for all participants
- Board of Directors – guiding and overseeing our strategic direction
- Ad Hoc Teams – asking hard questions and refining our efforts when necessary
